Cost collection for a service order

Hi,

We have Quotes and Order Management implemented in 11.5.10. We currently give quotes using qualifiers and modifiers which are later converted to orders. Since these are not inventory items their cost is not captured. Once the order is booked it is moved to legacy system and tracked as a project since the execution of project involves takes tasks and checking their progress. Once the project gets over in the legacy system the order is then moved to AR for invoicing. We want to move away from legacy system and also be able to capture the cost involved in the execution
