Requisition Templates - Is there an API?

Hello everyone,

We are on 11.5.10.2 and have a requirement to update our requsition templates on an on going basis in mass.

Has anyone had such a requirement before?

Is there a seeded API provided by Oracle for updating/creating Req Templates ? or would there be one in R12.1.3, if not already one in 11.5.10.

Any help is appreciated.
