Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. COGS Recognition failure prevent creating journal entry

Can anyone help with this--when we ran our cogs recognition program it failed due to an inventory item made inactive

we made this item active again but no journal entry was transferred to the GL

How can we get this journal entry? We have all line matched for COGS to Revenue but have not been able to generate a journal entry
