Searching for Sun Patch Readmes

As of MOS 5.3, the Sun Patch Readmes source collections are no longer required and have been removed from the list of selectable knowledge sources.  All Sun patches and updates can now be found within the Patches knowledge source collection. 

This change has no impact to searching in the Patches and Updates tab. 
It only applies to Knowledge search.
