How do you close out a foreign currency project?

Sample: A simple example, let's just assume it's one transaction over 2 months and the rate changed.  How do I close it out when it looks perfect in the foreign currency but still shows Unbilled in USD due to FX rates?

SOB = USD
Project = CAD
Funding = 10,000 CAD
Revenue = 10,000 CAD
Invoiced = 10,000 CAD
Paid = 10,000 CAD

Everything looks great in CAD but if I translate it back to USD, it doesn't look close because revenue is recognized at a differ exchange rate than the billing.

Revenue = 9,975 USD
Invoiced = 9,950 USD
Unbilled = 25 USD

Since the SOB is in USD, how do I close this out and show that the project is done and I don't need to adjust revenue anymore?  Is the only way is to show it in the project currency (CAD)?  Because on every functional currency report, this keeps showing up because there's still an Unbilled balance.

Howdy, Stranger!
