ORA-01281: SCN range specified is invalid

HI,
I have Streams Replication Configure on my Unix, Oracle 11.2.0.1 Enterprise Edition server. I am reconfiguring my replication and i am getting "ORA-01281: SCN range specified is invalid" in dba_capture view.

I could not find any document for it on support. Please provide me any support document link or some steps to solve this.
