Error while releasing Planned New Buy Order

Hi All,

We are getting error while releasing New Planned Buy Order.

Error is:

Error in the release process: Please check the setup.
ORA-06512: at "APPS.MSC_REL_PLAN_PUB", line 854


I searched on metalink and have carried below steps but they did not help...
1. Advanced Planning Administrator > Admin > Instances
2. For the row in the form, find the 'Allow Releases' checkbox (it should be checked). Uncheck it, save your changes, then recheck it and save again.
3. Retest the release issue.

We have cleared invalid objects and also performed full planning database bounce.

Can anyone guide me further on this? This is happening on Production.
