Office 2007 Files Downloading as ZIP Files on an Oracle PL/SQL web appication

Dear Orcale,

I found that file extension with .docx/.pptx could NOT download/save from an Oracle PL/SQL web appication site onto Windows7 workstation.

The .docx/.pptx  files were created on MS Office 2007 and  the Windows7 workstation has installed the MS Office 2007.

Please advise me how to solve the issue.
