Is it possible to set a Payment Term wich calculates due dates at 30 days + nearest thursday?

Hello.

I just rose a SR asking for any configuration or option that can help us to set a Payment Term which mix Special calendar payment term and a due days based in order to calculate scheduled payments that due on 30 days but only days on Thursday. Unfortunately the SR answer was negative and I hope that some guru / expert can suggest any alternative for this business requirement.
