Recalculating burden cost amounts after a Burden Schedule change

Q: When recalculating burden cost amounts after Burden Schedule changes, are costs that have already been burdened and billed through AR included in the adjustment? If so, does the customer receive a credit memo for burden rate decreases or other adjustment if the burden rate increases?
