How to migrate concurrent program/profile/value set definitions from R11 to R12

Dear All,

Is there a utility that we can use to transfer FND type definitions (executables, conc programs, value sets, profiles etc.) from an R11 instance to an R12 one?

I've tried extracting using FNDLOAD in R11 and then attempting to upload the files using FNDLOAD in R12, but this fails.
