Notes and Message Center using different explorers

Hi, I have a problem, it seems that the Message Center doesnt work with Mozilla Firefox nor Internet Explorer 9.
If I create a note in IE8, I see that I have in the message center a new message and I can see it.

But if I use Mozilla Firefox, I cant open the message in the message center.
Or if I use IE9, it doesnt shows me that I have a new message when I do.

So my question is: Does the message center only works with Internet Explorer 8, or I have a probelm?
