ERROR: The ORA-48178 error is caused by the ORA-48122 error

Oracle 11.1.0.7.0. RAC on Linux, two nodes.

Istalled McAfee antivirus software. We had problem of startup asm and database first, after another reboot, it started up. Everything work fine except this error message.

This is on node1, the other node has similar issue.

Found error in /oracle/diag/rdbms/prod/prod1/trace/alert_prod1.log

ORA-27508: IPC error sending a message
