sale order ship but not intefaced

Hello

I entered a sales order and booked,pick release and ship confirm.the transaction form shows the status of order is SHIPPED while the next step showing RUN INTERFACE and the delivery tab shows CLOSED but when i try to run interface it completed with warning.what could be the error?while sales order line status shows PICKED,it is very strange to me that all the status are irrelevant with the workflow.

Some of the deliveries have errors/warnings.
The exceptions column in the Shipping Transactions form,  Lines/lpns tab, is checked and 'View Exceptions' screen shows delivery lines are marked with exception as  'WSH_CHANGE_SCHED_DATE' .
