Forms 11g user permissions problem on 64bit Linux install

Hi,
I've installed FMW 11G forms & reports on a 64bit Linux server onto which developers should be able to move there forms & reports developed on Forms 11g running on Windows XP.

Unfortunately the FMW 11G install on the server sets it's permissions that nobody except the installing user can run any of the FMW executables  so none of my developers can access frmcmp.sh for example from there user accounts on the Linux box. Obviously to be able to deploy forms developed on windows they need to be able to compile the fmx files on Linux so this is a bit of a problem as I don't want them to all be using the FMW11G software owner account.

Howdy, Stranger!
