Order status shipped while shipping transaction showing interfaced

Hello
Due to table space full,i found an error on wrokflow of sales order.the status of sales order line is shipped and shipping transaction form showing interfaced.but auto invoice is not bring this sales order into receivable,i check the error in workflow SHIP LINE-MANUAL SUSPENDED,AND EXCEPTION

How can i process this sales order into close status and into receivable?
