Issue in characteristic type in product ORMB

Hi,

This problem is specific to ORMB product - Characteristic Type. I have created a new characteristic type with 'Type of char value' as a 'Foreign key value'. Also the entities I have selected on it are contract and billable charges. If I select this char type on contract, it allows me to search the value for person from CI_PER table and select it, however it does not shows the select box when I try to add it on Billable charge line characteristics. This happens only in case of Billable charge line characteristics as I tried to put other entities like
