how we can run normal XMLreport from oracle self service

Hi Team,

Please advice how we can run normal XMLreport  from oracle self service.I got a function called scheduled request to be attached to Line manager responsibility and was able to run the reportbut the problem we face here is the scheduling can also be done by user so we dont want that option to be given to the Manager.

Please advice.
