Install 11g r2 on W2k8 R2 server and Equalogic Shared disk

Hi,

I am installing 11gr2 on a Windows 2008 R2 Server but want to install the databse on an Equallogic shared disk.

The install keeps runnign into problems creating the database on the shared space I have mapped to...I think it's permissions

that are stopping the files from copying, but am not sure... details below of the errors that appear...

Thanks for any help.

ORA-19624: operation failed, retry possible

ORA-19870: error while restoring backup piece c:\app\administrator\product\11.2.0\dbhome_2\assistant\dbca\templates\seed_database.dfb

ORA-19504: failed to crate file "O:\oradata\orcl\system01.dbf

ORA-27010: file create error, unable to create file.
