FSG report performance v12 Urgent

We upgraded from general ledger v11i to v12. and our FSG report performance degraded quite a lot. One report used to finish in 20 minutes now takes over 1 hour. We have some that used to take 1 hour in 11i and now take 2 1/2 hours. This is with concurent manager as we want the reports formatted. The time is not the formatting time like what it takes to get it into excel, I'm just talking about straight run times. These reports were not changed and they are fairly simple. We are a medium company so we don't have
