ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation

Hi,

From last 2 weeks, i am getting a strange problem. After 7PM - 10PM, when my application is trying to query the database, its throwing an error ODBC ORA-01013: user requested cancel of current operation.

This happening only from 7PM - 10PM daily. When i tried to connect to the database using command line, i am successfully do it. But my application user is complaining that he is not able to do it.

Can some one please help me to find out the root cause of the issue.
