Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. From a best practices perspective Oracle recommends multi_block_read_count = 1024/db_block_size 1024/8KB = 128.

What is the impact of not setting this parameter?
