Does Address Object exist in CRMOD? What is Record Type?

Hello, I am new to CRMOD. Please help me to understand CRMOD concept.

1. Does Address object exist in CRMOD like 'CUT Address' business component in Siebel? If yes, how does it relate to other objects such as Account and Contact? I simply did not see 'Address' as one of the available record types!

2. Is there any Entity Relationship Diagram for CRMOD? If yes, where can I find it?

3. Does 'Record Type' equal to business component in Siebel?

4. Does field in 'Record Type' equal to the field in business component in Siebel? In regular Siebel, fields in business component contain direct columns from the base table as well as any join columns from different tables, calculated fields and
