Downgrade from 11gR2 to 10.2.0.3 and DBMS_DST usage

Hi all,

I'm preparing upgrade/downgrade procedure for a customer.

We have 10.2.0.3 and we want to step to 11.2.0.1 (Solaris Sparc).

In 10.2.0.3 timezone is version 3 querying v$timezone_file. After the upgrade (using DBMS_DST package) I have version 11.

Now I'm testing downgrade procedure.

I have done it with success, after that I have again version 3 as timezone.

But, reading the documentation (Upgrade Guide 11g Release 2 - 6.3)

 I see:

If you previously installed a recent version of the time zone file and used the

DBMS_DST PL/SQL package to upgrade TIMESTAMP WITH TIME ZONE data to
