Procurement Advanced Pricing for non stock items

Hello,

I'm trying to set up procurement advanced pricing on EnterpriseOne 9.0. Stock items work as expected. Non stock items don't. I've downloaded and read the document from the Knowlodge Base Article [ID 625404.1], sadly discovered that it's by design and tried the workaround contained therein but to no avail. I've stumped on the the very first step (setting Stocking Type to D as such value do not exists inside the 41/I UDC). The article itself says that the solution might not work for everyone. Even worse it seems that Oracle has no intention of providing support for this functionality anytime soon.
