RAM estimation for Oracle Database 10g in Windows 2003 64 bit?

Hi All
What would be the Oracle recommended metrix for RAM estimation for Oracle Database 10g in Windows 2003 64 bit.

Assumptions is:  I need to estimate RAM size for Database server in Windows 2003. Database size will be 100gb and this server will be dedicated server for only Oracle database.

SGA size will be 3GB.
