R073660 Federal Unemployment Worksheet and new FUTA Rate

We have been running the R073660 after processing payroll to verify that the new FUTA rate is being applied correctly.  In the Amount or Rate column on this report we are seeing some values other than .0060 (like .0058 or .0061 or .0062).  Any idea why this is varying from the expected .0060 rate?  Is it because the rate in this column is a calculation on the report and not being pulled from Vertex?
