Set Timeout in PO Approval Workflow
We are using standard workflow for PO approvals. We have observed that for first level apporvals it is getting escalated in few minutes but at certain levels it is escalating in 12 hours.
We have checked the all PO workflow notifications 1) Approve PO notification 2) Reminder -1 and 3) Reminder -2. All attributes are set to have 2 minutes as timeout. We are not sure from where 12 hours are coming in to picture. My questions are
1) Which are the different places from where timeout values will be picked up
2) If we want to change the timeout period of all three activties to 72 hours then where should we do it ?
