Accessing Agile PLM remotely via VPN

I was hoping to find some help here. We have a remote employee trying access Agile PLM via VPN. He can login to AgilePLM but once there nothing displays in the right pane. You can click all you want in the left pane and nothing ever shows up in the right pane.

Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
