Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Receivables: Credit Memo calculates tax but Tax Calculation flag is turned off

Hi

I have an issue where an RMA from Order Management generates a credit in receivables and taxes are still calculating on it.

However, the transaction type for the credit memo is set to not calculate tax.

Is this a known bug?

I have been troubleshooting this error and have not seen any solution.

Any help is greatly appreciated.
