Proxy error on HFM version 11.1.1.3-500

Hi All

Has anybody experienced the following error and found a solution / work arround (except bouncing the webservers) OR is there a patch to fix this

We are using on HFM version 11.1.1.3-500  ( Patch 50, and 500 was installed)

Proxy Error

The proxy server received an invalid response from an upstream server.
The proxy server could not handle the request GET /hfm/data/webformgenerated.asp.

Reason: Error reading from remote server
