Letter Request Not working after upgradation to 12.1.3

Hi Experts,

We upgraded our 11.5.9 instance to 12.1.3 , and after that we are not able to use Letter Request functionalities where we created so many letters in ADE in 11.5.9 which is working fine in 11.5.9 instance. Now in 12.1.3, we are getting some arabic error (i wonder we logged in english mode but getting arabic msg) and nothing is generated followed by arabic error. Anybody faced this kind of Letter Request WebADI issue in 12.x.x instance. Please share your expertise.
