spatial and Oracle ruler Manager is invalid after 11g upgrade

Hi All,
After upgrade from 10.2.0.2 to 11.2.0.1 version,spatial and oracle ruler manager are invalid we have checked the metalink and did some workaround but it didn't work out.

When we rerun the workarund we are getting table does not exist for both the scripts.

can you please let me know shall we drop  and reinstall both ruler manager and spatial component.
