Payroll Taxes Clearing F06136 table

Has anyone had the payroll process clear the taxes for tax type F in the F06136 table? The tax detail is still in tact but all history for the current year for the tax type of F was wiped out, we were able to get it back through a repost but the payroll group didn't notice it until a month and a half later so we have not been able to determine the cause of the problem. It also didn't appear to affect everyone. We have also during the same time frame had an issue where during the payroll calculation
