Master inventory org for two different operating units

Hi,
We had around 70 inventory organization under single operating unit. We have 1 inventory org as master and we defined the organization hierarchy, now we are changing the setup to multi org, i have created new legal entity, ledger and operating unit, now we have to create inventory org under new operating unit.

My question is do i need to create one more master inventory org in new operating unit since i might have multiple inventory org in new operating unit, please advice.
