Agile IIS proxy server - Connection_Dropped DefaultAppPool

I have configured IIS proxy server for Agile PLM 9.3.1.

This is a new server with w2K3 sp2 and IIS 6.0.

The ISAPI filters and configurations are correct and i did a double check.

But when i access the URL it says "Internet cannot display web page".

I am getting an error in the httperrorlog1 - Connection_Dropped DefaultAppPool.

Anyone have any idea about this?
