Payable invoice screen not listing all the operating units even responsibility set for MO: Security

Hi,

We had only one operating unit, i have created new ledger and operating unit, multi org setup is completed, created security profile from HRMS module. In system administrator module system profile MO: Security Profile set to new payable responsibility but the invoice screen not listing both the operating units, its listing only old operating units.

I have already nullified MO:Security Profile and MO:Operating Unit profile option with null, please advice.
