Custom Consumption Advice Report

Hi,

Standard Oracle doesnot provide a consumption advice report that can be printed and sent  to the supplier in order to determine what are they being paid for etc. There is an ER-3877988 logged for this. I will like to know if anyone has developed a custom consumption advice report that can be re-used to meet our requirement.  The report should lists each item, quantity, price, and total amount for a particular item.  The supplier will know what he is being paid and the Payable employees can answer invoice questions.
