Planned Order Release - WIP Job start date

Hi,

I need your help to understand how WIP start date gets calculated when you release a planned order from PWB.

In the test case which I executed, suggested order date in PWB is 21-JUL-2011 00:00:00 where as when I convert the Planned order to WIP job, the start date is 20-JUL-2011 14:00:00

It is surprising to me. It indicates, Job is already delayed by 1 day. would be interested to know your views on the observation. Your views will enable me to fix this issue at the earliest. 

Lead Time for your reference - Preproc - 0. Proc - 1, postproce - 0, fixed -0, var - .047619. PLO qty = 10
