Is it possible to have a scheduled report run only if a certain condition is met? BIP Standalone 11.

Hi!
I have a requirement to create a report that will burst to sales reps daily (scheduled).  The catch is, I need to do a check first to match certain totals match in two places.  If the totals match, the report can go ahead and run as scheduled and burst to the reps.  If the totals do NOT match, then the scheduled report should not run and definitely not burst to the reps.  Instead, I need to send a message out to a completely different person that the numbers are not in alignment so the report did not run.

I'm new to BIP standalone...
