DBA Limits

Is there any where else that DBA limits are stored beside the DBA Basic Information or the Employee DBA Instruction forms?  Trying to enter DBA override amount over 100k and the system keeps changing the amount to 99,999.99 even though I cannot find any limits on the DBA.  Happening for two different DBAs - one a B and one a D.  Any idea why this is happening?
