Backorder tracking

Hi All,

I am in need to find out some way to track who has done back order on the system.

Basically, due to integration design with WMS (Red Prairie) we are not allowed to do backorder on Oracle but would need WMS to pass zero-shipment to Oracle which will in turn backorder on Oracle. In case we do manual backorder on Oracle then it will not interface with WMS, leaving open order lines on their system.

We have some cases where users do backorders manually and subsequently they cancel those order lines. But looking at Oracle tables there is no way we prove that who has done backorder on the system.
