Knowledge Base showing result from 1 -0 !!

Dear All,

Newly, when I'm searching on MOS the following is happening:

1- I am getting 10 search results

2- Above the results it shows "1-0 of X Next >> "

3- Below the results it shows "Show Next 0 Documents"

4- When I click on "Next >>" I am getting the same 10 results!!

What's happening and how can i fix this??
