What are the General Ledger setups or deltas between 12.1.1 and 12.1.3

What are the General Ledger setups or deltas between 12.1.1 and 12.1.3?

It appears, what I have been reading takes me from 11.5.10.2 plus to 12.1.3. Since the upgrade is a TWO Stage process 1) 11.5.10.2 to 12.1.1 and 2) 12.1.1 to 12.1.3, I need to know what setups are needed after upgrading to 12.1.1 and again what setups are for upgrading to 12.1.3

We are currently on 11gR2 and ready to upgrade to 12.1.3.

I need to finalize setups for GL, WebADI, Report Manager and XML publisher for 12.1.1 and 12.1.3.
