Automatic BIP report generation and sending mail with the attachment

Hi All,

I have got a new requirement like following.

I need to generate a BIP report based on certain conditions and then email it to a concern person. there would be no manual intervention. Can you please suggest how should I proceed with this.
It should be running as a Job.
Say for example may be every morning that report should go to certain person.
