Printing/Suppression of Summary Totals

The BI Publisher Report prints Project information by Client by Project Manager, with Summary Totals at the Client Level and Project Manager Level.  There are a lot of Clients that have only one Project, consequently, the Client Total is redundant,  The Report needs to supress the Cllient Totals if there is only one Project for that Client for that Project Manager.  The Client Summary Totals are in a table (4 by 20) within another table (1 by 1) so the table does not break across pages.  Do i need to create a new section in the Template and put some
