AU Flood Tax Levy Difference in Calculations (Tax Tables vs. EnterpriseOne vs. ATO Calculator)

There have been a number of issues raised about differences between the system calculation of the flood levy and the combined PAYG and flood levy tax scales. This is caused by two different methods of calculating the flood levy.
