GL Transfer Program increase performance

We have 12 Orgs. We are running GL Transfer program to shift our accounting to GL_INTERFACE table. But the program is taking too much time. It takes around 10 minutes for each ORG. 
Can somebody suggest me, how to increase the performance of that program.
