Changing Audit Status results

Does anyone know how to change the Audit Status Result text for routeable objects in Agile PLM 9.3?

I have set up new criteria for a workflow and I expect to get an error result but it is not descriptive of what the error is and I'd like to modify it.

Any help would be really appreciated.
