oracle sqlldr upload

hi,

 Im in migration of infomix data to oracle 11g server.

I plan to to migrate using sqlldr. informix data recived in this format. their "data" and "time" spcified in diffrant colums. now  this  date and time need to input same filed.

how to do this. pl explain.

txt file look like this. files 9 & 10 contents date and time
